ur bonus got more than 1 month or not? If more than 1 month will be better than accenture already. Majority of us bonus 1 mth only + work more than 9 hours a day

Yep. Not only that, no AWS. They claim that AWS is pegged into our allowance (400/month), but as you rise up the levels the 4800/year is not even one month salary.

Recent AMA by our dear CMD who got promoted within just one year while many did not, explicitly said unless there's a promotion, no pay raise likely.

Genius management. Oh and our CEO was the highest paid woman last year, when everyone didnt get a pay raise minus those promotees.

well... I gt 0.75 and 0.5 month bonus a few times over the years in my time in the company

1+ month bonus is reserved when time is good + good performance
