Hi guys I’m a baby MOPEX in ED now and am considering going for ED residency. A bit shy to ask my seniors was wondering if anyone can share the pay for a junior and senior EM resident, and how the pay is like at AC level and above compared to FM. Thanks!

Junior resident same pay as Mo
Reg U get a bump by 10 percent and add 1k more for your mcem.
Rank pay same as FM AC, C etc
Non procedure speciality about the same one la.
You will get a bigger service component because of the shift work nature
Roughly 1k more per month.
U sure U want to work nights , evenings and weekends for your entire life?

Junior resident same as MOPEX
SR not much more.
AC around 10- 11k basic + 5.x k extra component + around 20k split
twice yearly+ bonus + 13th month
Weekend + PH + nights extra

Say 2 month bonus plus aws
11x 15 is 155k
5.5k x12 is 66k
20k extra
Annual is already 240k
Say night shift and what not another 10k
Can hit 250k wor.
