Now no such thing already. If sick (not even not sick but donít feel like going), the associate will just take MC and no-show. The Senior problem to go settle and explain to client.

I strongly doubt there are any JHK here lol, there's nothing in it for them. They have their own separate forum and multiple threads talking about B4. Their concerns are totally different from those raised in this thread.

You have no obligation to contribute to this thread, but at the same time, don't expect other people to contribute also lol.

I also don't have nor care about the 2023 numbers.. just here to chit chat talk c and sing song only lol.

Completed 6 years ago haha.

There are few, if any, current auditors here bah.

More flooded with prospective (a couple), alumni (many), and outsiders looking in cause this thread so active on the forum.

Damn dulan with those rude managers who come to you without saying a ďhiĒ and demand you to do these and that when youíre not even booked for their job today. You can whine for all you want. If you want it done now, do it yourself. If not, go grow some balls and discuss with my current manager on whose work to prioritize. Oh ya, btw this peak Iím not OT-ing for you ya. Booked for 10hours, do for 10hours. Donít come disturb me after my working hours okay.

Do you swear to god that when you become the manager, you wont do this?

If yes then I accept your complain. If not then you are no better than them, just watching out for self-interest

I have seen far too many senior associates promote to become the very thing they complained about.

Many of the managers now continue to treat staff in the same way they were treated in the past.

Can someone come forward to break the cycle?
