What happened if no PA wants to serve the small clients?
And all PA don't want to do small audits that make losses?
HAHA...Then small clients will really cry and say why no PA want to serve me?
Then small clients will complain to ACRA there is no PA in the market wanting to serve small clients.

I wonder how the Big 4 assess their potential audit associates for promotion to audit manager.
There seems to be a lack of character or skills when these newly promoted audit managers resign just after one year.
These audit managers who resigned after one year had no character or showed zero character.

Associates and Seniors need to take note that failure to meet deadline is unforgiven by the clients, partners and managers.

If you have been consistently working overtime and managing a higher workload, then why you should be held liable.
