all these ppl who got 2 months were from the past NCS. They have left already. No need give a hoot about them

I think is see luck one, I know different people same role same scope, one support two sites, the other support a few and keep getting activated during standby. I guessing Ncs might give you more exposure but at the end of the day, salary more important, just treat Ncs as 13 * basic vs your current compensation. If your current position is more relaxed, just update your LinkedIn and get headhunted might be better.

I'm a P1, my bonus is 1.67.
No idea what the increment is like cos no letter yet.
