Based on what I know from last time. Leave encashment will only take place if boss approves. If your boss agrees to it, it will be paid to you the subsequent month. I think there is a leave calculator on the portal to find out more.

here is a place where your efforts wont be appreciated. ur hardworking attitude will just be rewarded with MORE work without any OT pay just because the management level fails to meet the client standards/client. most of the time is due to their incompetency to establish boundary by saying NO. thus in the end, most deadlines become shorter.

even when you OT everyday to meet the ridiculous deadline, your hard work might still result in ME performance grading. then there will be other guys in other project who barely do anything but still get same grading as you.

just by looking at the company past compensation, you will see why it is **** so it is not surprising people leave.
