Yours should be right, my friend joined in oct got about 0.9~ months bonus, but idk when is the bonus prorated from. Im guessing april?

Wanna ask for advice, is it wise to jump into a (new) job but it is a specialised industry or to stay and continue in the ncs Nucleus program?

Assuming both jobs give the same pay, same job title - software engineer, however in terms of exposure, ncs has a higher exposure as compared to the other?

NCS offers free masters under nucleus program only for software track.
I thought this is pretty much a good deal for fresh graduates, so I would stay if I am you.

Do note that other tracks are not given masters, for example, infra track are given specialised diploma, and cyber, the worst track of all, are given NOTHING!

Noted on that, to be honest, the Master don't really interest me...
