Apply to clients of your projects done in NCS.

However, for people with non tech degree and cant get into other tech jobs out there, NCS should be a good stepping stone to be in for a year or two. Forget about the 5 year program. At the current rate the company is paying, by the time you grad from the program in 2027, your pay at most comparable or even lower than today's second upper class fresh grad in Govtech only.

for direct hire normies, its 6k (with aws fold in and 2nd upper above), w/o aws fold in its 5.5k.
expect about 15-ish months package assume no aws fold in yet
for the exclusive TAP, expect 7-8k? not sure. OGP should be about there as well.

How often does NCS terminate employees?
The deadline given is unreasonable and the OT is insane.
Part of it is because I don't like angular with its dumb ts.

OGP 2021 already offering 9k for a good but not elite CS grad. I reckon its easily 11k + for people with faang internships. Hongyi has enough funds probably.

Nucleus & DBS SEED
Hi guys, just got offer letter from NCS (they offer a bit more than 4.8k) but I'll also be joining DBS SEED Hackathon this Friday. Can I ask for your suggestions regarding the two programs? I want to know more about the technical skillset, the working culture and which exit opportunity will be more wonderful? As a non-CS grad, these two are the best choices for me
Thanks a lot!
