Is not think, its factual information that NCS offers local U FCH a monthly salary of 5.2k. Compared to everyone else at 4.8k for Nucleus before negotiation. You seem like a disgruntled private U FCH who, after seeing local U FCH get 5.2k offer then come here complain.
If you think salary too low, can just hop to other companies and negotiate for better offer.

LOL all this fresh grad thinking they are the cream of the crop.
LOL reality check la.
Its the directors and your architects who do the tender and win multi million project for the company and get 10k monthly salary plus fat pay check bonus.
While you fresh grad toil and overtime like a slave to deliver the bug filled systems to demanding customers and getting complained on a daily basis.
5.2k you also will feel like cheap labor lol
Fresh grad nowadays are so snowflakes.
Go win 10 million project from the government then only talk la.
Your technical skills, sad to say hire a Malaysian, Philippines, Chinese, Vietnamese also can do the same job at a cheaper rate. Probably their quality even better than you fresh grad who have not even wrote any code for a living. Lol.
If so powerful, need to go through what nucleus program.
All you are so gullible. That program was a brain child of a director who came from banking and suggested to do something similar to attract fresh grad.
True enough all you guys think you have what it takes.
Then your seniors are God like then, they didn't get training yet able to earn the company millions..

Promotion to P2 in 3-4 years which does not equate to change in title. You may promote to senior engineer in 6 years, which might also result in promotion of pay grade to P3. Salary increment about 2-3% yearly, grade promotion about 6%. Bonus close to 2 months for average performer(grade 3 out of 5). Total about 14 months annual package if you want to compare to other companies' total compensation.
My personal advice is to hop after a few months/years for better compensation after getting the skills in the nucleus program, graduate diploma(not equivalent to a master) offered for nucleus infra is not relevant compared to infra eng experience gained on the job.

Does NCS pay well for SWE with a few yoe? I am currently a SWE in a startup earning very close to 100k cash for annual comp with 1.5 YOE.
I see on Glassdoor recent reviews that the company has changed for the better and the pay is competitive. Looking to switch to some company with better brand name for career progression.
