What was ur performance rating? Your manager should have shared that with u or u can check it now
Ur PR will determine the norm for increment and bonus
but like what the other guy said, its likely because of ur higher base pay

haha, ur not the 1st becus many before u have been cheated and shared their story
last time, used to give out 2 months bonus as norm but they changed it so that the base pay looks higher to lure all these fresh grads to replace u but 1 month bonus
If u look at the math, overall annual compensation lower than prev so they save costs and get to lure fresh grads to join
Bonus given out in June because this period is when most fresh grads graduate; replacement easy as many old birds will take this time to leave
tl dr, ncs is not a place to stay for a career, for the sake of ur future, u should prep to find a coy of higher calling because u will be hard stuck

I also 3 years liao. My previous manager said 3 years should push up for promotion liao but he also already left.

True story, I burn my weekends at least once a month. On site, can’t even buy food. 12 hours sit in server room dying from hunger. Client don’t even allow us to go out until things are sorted out. 9am to 7pm usually.
