From all the sentiments I am hearing on the ground, they are "buying time". Backlogs mostly satisfied but created new pool of backlogs lor

Huh? The buy price was 265 this time. I sold right at 300 once allocated. Ownself don’t know how to sell then blame company? No wonder no promotion for you

I think what he/she is saying that the company is taking a strategic decision to reduce attrition lor. This cycle's disappointments is next cycle's backlogs. At least it helps to reduce drastic cost overrun imo

not a secret, a few MDs that I know at CIE have resigned recently despite working for quite long

also heard that some of the L6 and L7 manager have tender and left the firm recently

it is unusual, probably they heard something

Only those L11 and L10 is staying and hoping for some miracle to happen for the "tapper result"

Imagine the 2 persons that interview you and hire you, both left the firm, how would you feel...?
