Like I shared earlier, local uni engineering 2nd upper + NS I am getting around 4.5

Minus NS is like 4.1
Minus 2nd upper is like 3.8

3.8 is for engineer role without NS or 2nd upper/1st class
Can't be non engineering without honours get more than that.

On a sidenote. I agree that LTA engineers are really well paid. Have been to site offices and LTA car parks are parked w BMW, Audis and land rovers. Would be a fool to leave LTA. From what I gather, LTA project managers are already paid in excess of 10k with bonus all in
