Nope all NS personnel gets 300. This should be more or less across all statboards, even tho some I know pays 200.

don't spread fake news pls. You'll see the same sight in every min/SB office. Even SMRT depots have a lot of Merc, BMW and Porsche parking in the car park but we all know that's the retirement ground for generals. 90% are just farmers who can barely make do esp if they have a family to feed.
Also, if you factor in PB, MYB, YEB and various incentives i'm very sure it's very doable across the industries to average out close to 9-10k/mth in their 40s, it doesn't mean LTA pays particularly well.
Polytechnic lecturers are also earning the same amount if you look at their annual packages, which have arguably less stressful workload and good WLB compared to min/SB.

Happy that LTA colleagues got the salary adjustment. Hopefully CAAS and MPA will have too.

currently drawing 8.8k excluding bonuses as an avp in local bank (IT).
looking to switch to PS/CS, wondering if i will get a paycut.
