I am from NUS Mech Engineering, 2nd Upper with NS.

Joined LTA in June 2018, starting pay 4.5k in project M&E side
April 2019 minor pro rated increment to 4.5k++
April 2020 promoted to EPE 4.9k++
April 2021 increment to 5.1k
April 2022 increment to 5.4k
Now with the announced revision will be around 5.8k

Assuming you getting into engineering role, 3.8k before the upcoming revision. I don't know how revision will affect upcoming new hires.

Seriously just stay in LTA till u retire…u can’t get paid like this outside with the limited skills u have

Just to check, LTA also has PB, mid-year + year-end bonus, AWS and MAC right? Will that add up to a total of 4-5 months of bonuses?

Also, able to share how your working hours are like?
