It's an agency filled with shitty superiors and incompetent middle management. There is no clear directions in so many of the workstreams and sometimes as an engineer you will end up thinking - what am I truly doing in my work and why does my unit exist?
I just left and I did not realize how bad HTX was until I am in another agency. If you are fine working under generally ignorant bosses and you are okay with an uncompassionate environment, go ahead. Be warned lol.
