If you promote from one grade to the next, will you automatically be given at least the minimum of the next grade?

I’m from SIT Aircraft Systems Engineering Honours with Distinction( also known as 2nd upper ). What is the best path for me. Reading this thread it seems like LTA offers attractive packages. What’s the currently salary structure like?

Don't worry you won't get lta. They dont hire aircraft engineers.

DSTA pay scheme is much higher. The salary bands for DSTA is also much wider
