Hi Guys, anyone knows like roughly how much i be getting?
i am going for the next round of interview with department director
under MHA. I did the ask HR talent guy how much i roughly
I be getting.. he said once all ok den HR will offer.
About me, diploma holder working for ard 13 yrs already. Did a mid career
switch to software engineer around 1 yr back. Currently getting 4.3k.
Applying for software engineer with MHA. Will it be lesser den what
I am getting now?

My guess is that it will be higher than your current pay due to your experience. Furthermore MHA offers a pretty attractive package.

The salaries for mid-career entrants are difficult to predict as it is no longer dependent on your qualifications but on number of "matching skills" that you can bring to the table. So the more number of "matches" you have, the higher your salary will be.
Based on my understanding, HRD will use an algorithm to compute the salary based on the number of matches and recommend an exact figure (down to the cents). So it is better for you to wait for HRD to get back to you rather than to listen to speculations here.
