Any diploma holder fresh grad/yoe 1-3year here in statboards. hows your pay? any increment and bonus ? how is it compared to your degree counterpart ?

Explanation I got is so long transfer to ministry from stat board will be placed on 1 year contract even though is a perm position. Whether renewed or even emplaced to perm will depend on performance during that 1 year contract which is sort of like probation? So my contract will just keep being renewed so long my performance is good even if not emplaced to perm.

If I’m not wrong, going to another agency under movement still subjects you to probation (typically 1 year) before confirmation. This was what I observed from those who came to my agency under movement from another agency.

Just that under movement you get to keep your years of service.

Movement is generally to retain your years of service. It does not mean will get same or better pay. There is an IM on this can look it up.

LTA salary adjustment 2% - 7% wef 1 Sept. However we dont know which grade gets what %. we shall wait for Sept payroll or email for the revised salary range.

How much does other stat board adjust?

For LTA lower grades seem to be 5-7%. Pretty good considering that a 30yo with a 16months package could easily net 100k a year
