I just got my part-time degree fr SUSS and am thinking to join another relevant Ministry/ Stat Board as a graduate. Does it make sense?
Anyone had a similar path where they studied part-time degree and moved on to other companies as graduate?

Are you under one scheme? If you want to get a grade jump you can't go on movement policy. Means you lose your 10 years of service and 21 days leave. Can talk to your RO and see if there's any opp for promotion? Then move.

PB about 4 (very good performance)
YEB/MYB/NPAA about 2.3 (2021)
Other payments unique to scheme about 1.7 (think about the CONNECT plan. But not from that agency)

Does the organ of states same as ministry pay scale? Since we are considered Civil Servants too unlike stat board
Within the Public Service is the Civil Service, comprising about 87,000 officers working in the Ministries and Organs of State.
