Anyone had a similar path where they studied part-time degree and moved on to other companies as graduate?

There are no perm roles in LTA. There's no way to convert to perm. Not sure about the old scheme but now all new joiners are on 3 year contracts. Reason being easier to do long term forecast for budgeting as this is a big stat board

Male early 30s, getting about 7.7 mthly following revision. Including PB and other payments work out to be almost a 20mth package. Just for reference.
