I got one fren he only have diploma, work his way up from MX14 to MX12.

He took quite long about 10 years. He manage to convert from Div II to Div I worker.

May I know whats the average years to climb from MX14 to MX12?

Salary package has a slight subjective component to it. Hence for your case i think cos you uglier than your friend.
