Withdrawn
In the Portal, my application status changed from 'In Progress' to 'Withdrawn'.
What does this mean? Strange that agency did not change to 'Rejected' but changed to 'Withdrawn', and I did not even withdraw it.

Can anyone verify Mx11 and Mx11a bonus for C/C+/B?
Also is it true when that in the service when you are promoted the following year it’s a default PB?

I've seen people getting promoted twice in 2 consecutive years. So I'd say it's not true, but very very rare to see any outliers unless your boss really likes u

As a fresh grad, you will likely start as an Assistant Manager.
Starting pay varies (pegged to degree type, as is the case with the rest of the public service)

Sorry I misread your question. It really depends on the scheme and what role u are offered. I've seen colleagues getting offered 25% higher if fresh hire, and about 10% higher if he choose movement policy.
