I got promoted couple of years ago. Was informed only on 25 Mar 24. I think varies with different ministries and SB.

senior executive is MX12, is assistant director in a ministry MX11 or still MX12?

Depends….MX12 should be a manager
MX11 can be senior manager or assistant director

Yeah. Ministry should streamline the titles to match the grade. Senior Executive can be from MX14 to MX12 in my organization. Stranger, there are some executive at MX13(i). Only in Singapore we use executive. Executive actually means sometime else. Should rename as Admin Officer. Even most MX13 are managers, and Mx12 are senior manager etc...strange, manager of what if all are managers!

Can a Senior Executive who is MX13(I) at a Stat Board earn $5,000? My friend keep saying she is earning $5,000 but the salary ceiling at Civil Service is much lower for that grade. Does Stat Board pays better? If yes, I want to move.
