average MX9 earns around 15K SGD. i give him 18 mths package (inclusive of all bonuses and PB)

15 X 18 = 270k per annum.

MX7 and MX9 difference of 2 grades nia. WAH suddenly the salary per annum differs by 600k LOLOLOL

Any rumours on the upcoming year end bonus?

last year was 1.65. (13mth + 0.65avc)

how much would this year be?

That's too high. I reckon it should be 600k +/- inclusive of all bonuses.

I would think maybe 1.40 or 1.45 this year. (13th+0.4 AVC).

One of the finance manager in my ministry tell me they still assuming 1.65 in their budget, so unless economy fall sharply next 2 months, probably is 1.65x

yr finance mgr in psc? they only take direction, not set the bonus. they assume 10 months in budget also no point if psc set the payout at 0.5

Yes, but from what I understand PSC will update them every quarter how much to budget for the bonus. That means at least up to now PSC has no intention of lowering bonus.

If now already lowered budget means 100% cut, if now still not lower got 70% chance will stay the same.
