Hi, looking for advice whether i should resign from current civil service job as a non graduate diploma holder with 6 years experience and rejoin the civil service as a fresh graduate (just graduated from local uni part time degree)
Current pay is 3.2k at age 27, female. Can earn more if rejoin as fresh grad?

Anyone knows whats the pay range for HTX? and how their ranking scheme works? is it MX scheme as well?

Imo, yes. Cos higher salary scale, and more opportunities with diff job scope.
