I've been wanting to resign and received my PB in my bank account a few weeks ago. Is it ok to quit now? They can't take back my PB from my bank account right lol.

Is it ok to quit anytime, coz your performance bonus would be pro-rated anyway?

If say oct review i get B, can i say quit in dec or jan and still get the B grading but prorated bonus?

No, you won’t get any bonus if you leave via resignation and not other means e.g. end of contract. Simple as that.

They can claw back one la even though it has been paid. At most they deduct from your final salary

Would you know when I can leave? Not sure if it'd be appropriate for me to ask HR...

You can keep the March PB if your last day in the organisation is 01 May and beyond. Ie. if you quit now and serve the 1 month notice which is typical for most ppl, you will be able to keep the March PB.

Just checked HRP, my current salary point still shows my previous pay (From Mar'23).
Joined last year in June 2022.
MX11, PB grade C. Salary is not near the ceiling, currently midway between the salary range.

Does this mean that I will not be getting MI for this year? And if I do, will I be getting a pro-rated increment?
