Yeah but more on the bonuses. Basic sal quite similar to most gov agencies right

No. They are on the higher side when compared to other statboards like PUB, HDB, JTC, etc.

When I was in Bca … mac was 0 months but my pb 3.5 months(based on b grade)… c grade is 2.5

We don't care which components are lower or higher as long as the overall bonus can reach 6 mths or even more very happy liao.. 😆

yes ... but am replying the guy who said mac not consdiered bonus... that is true... in bca they took away MAC... but luckily the PB is not bad

HDB and JTC have higher monthly package. PUB follow LTA system, using bonus to retain staff
