but mostly Singaporeans, international companies know that Singaporeans suck so they hire foreigners over Singaporeans.
being Singaporean is like a blackmark on your career, you're basically stuck in SG companies for life and anytime you try to go beyond that, you just get laid off for "reasons".

That's a YOU problem. There are many capable Singaporeans hired in international banks. You behkan blame yourself lo. Low lifers will always be low lifers.
