15k after 10 years, 30k after 20 and 50k after 30. Congrats.

i agree with this.

MA programmes dont scale well. look at all the other programs in other banks and its the same thing. even their tech programs dont scale well either, after 2 years or after the program ends, they get 3% pay increment like the rest.

if u wanna reach 8-10k within 5 YOE, you need to keep upscaling, interviewing around for higher positions, negotiate pay and hop.

this is more realistic... expect <5% increment yoy at local banks like UOB

Is 5k after programme even plausible? Start the prog at 4.5k, then after 2 years graduate only increase 500 to $5k?

not surprised if it is 5-5.5k... don't expect much from programmes, it is nothing more than just recruiting those with no experience.
