Salary
Promoted once when 1.5 yrs into service but the promotion increment is pathetic. What is the expected annual package for 3-5 yrs into service ? Thanks.

Hi all, I have been working in mnc with almost 5 years experience. Recently got an offer from LTA. There is no increment, neither there is a pay cut as compared to my existing monthly salary. However my current annual package is about 14 - 15 months, and based on what I read here LTA package typically range from 15-16 months. I’m in a dilemma now because I am not sure if it is advisable to make the transition, as I understand that LTA job scope is much heavier considering the site work and night shifts. Any kind souls care to advise?

Don't. Look around more and never count bonuses since anything can happen and they're not guaranteed. Like you mentioned, the added job scope is not worth it. Personally would only move for month salary increment.

Hi OP I'm also reaching 3 years FCH but I'm F and my basic is at 4.5k. Same as you on this "Expecting future progress to be slow as this pay is there due to a series of adjustments.".. My annual last year was at 70k, mind sharing urs?

I’m a supporting staff in the stat board but recently got through an interview for a managerial role in another department, currently still waiting for HR to get back with details of my offer, been about a week plus already.
Has anyone gotten in this situation before and do you have “serve” your notice for your current department? Could anyone kindly share the revised remuneration package (percentage increase maybe?) would really appreciate!
