Hi, does anyone know for MX 11 in stat boards such as URA or HDB, usually title will be manager or senior manager, or executive manager?
if jump from MX 12 current (ministry) to MX 11 (Statboard) will it be consider a promotion?

Salary Range
Hi just wondering if anyone knows what's the salary range for an individual with the following grades intending to attend a stat board?
Bachelors (Engineering field) - Second Upper
Masters (Engineering field) - 4.5/5
Both degrees are from NTU

3rd year undergrad here considering a career in CS. Is it true that all CS jobs give out retention bonus every three to six years throughout their entire career lifespan? Heard from a few CS folks from different ministries that they have such gratuities given out every few years.

My sis also fr NTU masters with 3.89 (Engrg field). Her starting salary fheret only 3.9k so pathetic! She just joined LTA recently only. Will advise her to change job 1 year later..
