Hi Folks, I have been offered at role at stat board with $6.5k monthly basic.
However I am currently getting $6.7k in MNC with additional stocks.
I tried to nego with HR but he mentioned that stability and bonuses are better in stat board.
I am a local PHD grad from NTU with 4 years of exp.
Shall I accept the offer ?
How is the progression in Govt sector?

You don't say the stat board how to advise. Different ones have different schemes.

i got 11 per cent (MI plus promotion bump) when i moved from 12 to 11...
... but this was before last year's MX scheme adjustment, so not sure if they changed the quantums...

Yes I also got ~11%, promoted in Mar 2021

anyone know anything about the Information Service? this the comms one...
is it considered a specialist scheme and if there are differences in pay vs MX or others?
