Which factor is most disproportionate: the YOE, industry, bonus or base?

Thinking of not staying in SB for not more than 2 years as the merit increment is so low. If I quit my job with SB and find another job at another SB or ministry, will the increment be bigger?

The problem is your rating….it determine your increment

Cant speak for statboards, but for Ministries, depending on your Performance grade, increments are between 3-5% (non-promotion year). This is consistent across Ministries. I would suspect that stat boards are pretty similar.

If you look at the Teacher thread, it was only 2.7% for a C+ grade.

Is that the standard for other Ministries too?

I'm pretty sure its consistent for the MX scheme, which majority of people in Ministries are under.

Hihi noticed some posts mentioning compensation include bonuses. Do ministries or stat boards usually offer packages including bonuses in their offers? Curious to know as not from public sector...

Also, are there variations across the different stat boards based on latest info?
