The usual rates have been reinstated. Also, there was a post-Covid adjustment for those hired during Covid (of about $100-200), as they started with dampened salaries.

This depends on the grade, job scope and SB. Some agencies are known to inflate their titles so a Senior Manager in one SB could be the same as a Senior Executive in another SB (example).

Got offered $8k plus for an AD position in a ministry. 10 years experience. Ppl always complained civil servants having a good and stable life. Actually the pay is really not attractive as compared to private sector.

Sound normal then. The upper band of this grade is for people with 2x exp.
