DSTA, Govtech and CSIT are the current kings now with fresh grad pay being above $100k annual.
Nobody else in service has that kind of salary. Ministries have largely caught up already by giving fresh graduates MX12 at the start, the lowest at the moment is LTA, HTX, HDB that barely budged.

100k annual? Are they all paying so much for fresh grads? Seems even better than most private sector in that case

yeah its 100k annual for dsta, one of the highest paying for engineering, not including swe/ cybersec ofc

How is the 100k computed? Its monthly salary + variable + aws + bonuses ? Sorry am a fresh grad and from the amount I have seen online, it is much lower as compared to this
