Nobody else in service has that kind of salary. Ministries have largely caught up already by giving fresh graduates MX12 at the start, the lowest at the moment is LTA, HTX, HDB that barely budged.
100k annual? Are they all paying so much for fresh grads? Seems even better than most private sector in that case
