OGP is probably on a league of its own. But when comparing maybe against GovTech, CSIT and DSO. DSTA seems to be the best for fresh grads

Nobody else in service has that kind of salary. Ministries have largely caught up already by giving fresh graduates MX12 at the start, the lowest at the moment is LTA, HTX, HDB that barely budged.

Good if you are a high-flier scholar and you don’t mind coasting for the rest of your life in there.

If you are a fresh grad, the base pay is the only good thing there. Be prepared to suck a lot of meager annual increments with each pay grade with more bureaucratic redtape than technical work. Very difficult to leave for the real working world if you get too lazy there.

Can explain more what redtape and bureaucracy experienced?

How is life like as non scholar?

What are the annual increments? 3-5%?

its not common to fail g50 but it happens, start applying for other jobs just in case

I apply for a position 3 weeks ago. My application went from under review to email notification but I didn't receive the email. I assumed I got rejected?
