4 years ago the TAP Program was 5k, then after 1 year, 5.4k, then program ends, 6.5k, after that most get promoted after 1 year to 8k.

Back then it was quite lucrative, you can easily hit 9k and stuck there after 4 years in Accenture.

Rubbish la. 4 years ago was 4050 + 400. With 1 year sign on bonus of 5k payable afterwards.
Then 2021 June all bump to 4500+ 400 no sign on bonus.
Current new batch have rumors of increment but I have not seen their payslip yet to verify.
Stop spreading fake news here, it is really irresponsible and disgraceful

Wow sign off bonus of 1 month salary…. The removal of it basically people lose 500
