If you are talking about a non-specialist MX role, my guess is probably around 3.8 to 4.2k.

Anyone manage to negotiate?
Normally HR will give their best offer w/o negotiation.

I tried to nego.
But didn't manage to succeed.
When hr offered they said is best according to all factors.
Can appeal but u must give reason why etc.
It's a standard pay range according to bracket.

The only one time i managed to successfully negotiate salary with HR is when my previous salary was higher.
even then, they only match it, promising bonuses blah blah.
So after many years in the industry, i can safely say, your chance to nego on salary is very low. . .

Would like to ask something regarding salary bracket.
If a person who joins a company on mx scheme during precovid and get $x
Then because of covid, theres a revision of pay to $y, meaning that another person who joins now at the same mx rank gets $y. Does the person who join during precovid get $y too?
