I suggest you drop them an email weekly to follow up. That's what I did for my role in PSD.
After the verbal offer, they took 4 weeks to get back the contract to me, but every week, I will make sure to drop the HR an email to follow up on the progress, and are there any next steps that they need from my side etc blah blah.

MX progression
Hi everyone.
Currently working in a ministry, it seems to be like the average progression depends and varies across ministry, some faster than others? Is MX more important than your designation? How does that work then if you shift a round different ministries? Should I ask my HR what’s the MX progression timeline like for my ministry? (I know it different depending on CEP but wanted to know the average time.
Or can anyone share your progression timeline? Thanks.

I'm also offered the esg associate role.
But offer details not confirm yet.
I'm quite anxious of which dept they will deploy me to.

i dont think it is a matter of going around the Ministries. The most important factor is still a supportive Boss.
