Degree with pass/merits/3rd class - ?
Degree with 2nd lower - ?
Degree with 2nd upper - ?
Degree with fch -?

You dumb or what. It’s not a matter of whether you’re in private or civil/public sector.
As if if you’re in private you won’t want to know these things meh?
People are just looking out for themselves after all.

2nd upper gives you 5.3k in CSIT. assuming you get 2 months PB + 13th month + 12 months of salary. you can do the math yourself. allowances are not included in the bonus so its not exactly 5300 * 15. it's a little lesser. with this economy, not wise to include mid year avc and end year avc so I have omitted them from this calculation.

Just curious, is there a difference between CSA and CSIT pay-wise and in terms of job scope? Seems like both are actively recruiting these days.
