Why civil servant care so much about grade title promotion etc.
Should have joined private sector if so money minded.

Where is the civility in the civil service.

Thanks for the encouragement.

I was wondering if you happen to know what is the 'glass ceiling' of our career base on qualification?

Diploma - ?
Degree with pass/merits/3rd class - ?
Degree with 2nd lower - ?
Degree with 2nd upper - ?
Degree with fch -?

You dumb or what. Itís not a matter of whether youíre in private or civil/public sector.
As if if youíre in private you wonít want to know these things meh?
People are just looking out for themselves after all.

2nd upper gives you 5.3k in CSIT. assuming you get 2 months PB + 13th month + 12 months of salary. you can do the math yourself. allowances are not included in the bonus so its not exactly 5300 * 15. it's a little lesser. with this economy, not wise to include mid year avc and end year avc so I have omitted them from this calculation.

if you are from local universities, apply and you will know the salary. unless you graduated from a private university then your salary will probably start from low 4s.
