One of my ex-bosses just joined EDB in Sept 2020 and wants to bring me over
I am relatively OK paid in the private sector at 12.2K p/m + AWS (currently 42 years old) + performance bonus (which has not been great due to covid)
can i negotiate for 14K p/m?
i will likely be going in as DD or Director

Director got chance. DD unlikely to get 14k

Hi everyone!
Currently a third year mechanical engineer student from Local U and am on track to FCH. I am also a scholar under LTA right now. I was actually wondering if anyone here might know the salary I can expect if I am able to graduate with FCH? I was also thinking of doing masters at overseas since it might be sponsored. Would you think the 1/2 years spent doing masters will be more beneficial than 1/2 years of work experience had I choose not to further my studies. Thank you very much!

Which sector are you in currently? Just curious.

lets say title, I can negotiate (since this is not an advertised role)

i see. not sure if you can get 15% increase in your monthly pay. but you should try.
or at least try to get 15% increase in your annual package.

how much are you drawing annually now?
i am 36, SM in one of the stat board. include good performance bonus in apr20 (but 0 mid / yr end bonus and 0 mac), i am getting 153k last yr
