One of my ex-bosses just joined EDB in Sept 2020 and wants to bring me over
I am relatively OK paid in the private sector at 12.2K p/m + AWS (currently 42 years old) + performance bonus (which has not been great due to covid)
can i negotiate for 14K p/m?
i will likely be going in as DD or Director
