That's probably some kind of specialist scheme. Generic MX scheme from what I've seen seems to be about 3.3k to 3.8k starting.

4.6 is specialist scheme where they merge certain component of their bonus into the base

there are also agencies that use general scheme for staff with specialised skillset.
and compensate with additional bonus such as MAC, which range from 0.5 to 3.5 months depending on market and domains

Just read the news that there are folks whose NS service length is wrongly recorded and hence underpaid. I wonder if I am one of them.
I was told I was given NS allowance when I join. Those who serve 2.5 years will get another increment on the 6th month of service. It did not happen and was close to 10 years ago. I was from the batch where I am supposed to serve 2.5 years but ultimately served 2 years 4 months to accommodate policy changes. So the thing now is, am I considered 2.5 years service or 2 years? My HR is inclined to 2 years since I am not at the 2.5 years mark...
