Not true. In some private companies there is no quota. It is everyone sinks or everyone gets rich. It helps spur cooperation and everyone to strive for a single goal.
Those that never ventured outside public sector enough have a myopic view of this.

Most of FAANG these days have band quotas, not to mention plenty of companies that copy them. You're the one that has zero experience and trying to pretend like you know about anything outside.

All companies make money, its just of how much
If losing money, do u think still open and operate as usual? Can give u promise next year will be better?
