if only basic, should be mx10 to reach 10k monthly salary, not sure if possible at 32 (7 YOE assuming graduate at 25)
but if you include NPAA + AVC + PB + SVP, its around 8k, which is mx11/11A (should be AD/SAD), which is reasonable assuming high performer and joined CS/PS after graduating.

Civil service
Not scholar (parents paid for my education)
Offered 165k annual package including aws cvb ipb etc all in.
Excluding allowances which is at least 86k
Excluding cpf employer contribution
With CPF employer contribution and all annual compensation close to 300k before income tax.
Due to nature of work and training will have another promotion in 2 years but that increment should not be a lot

Maybe the guy is a fighter jet pilot or something. Anyway these people speaking from their atypical positions provide little help. The vast majority are on the basic MX scheme and perhaps that's what most would find relevant to hear about.
