Really? Every single job out there has 1 year probation? You must be living in your civil service well till you don’t know the outside world.

This was in reply to your comment that civil service can easily make an excuse to cancel your contract - this is the same anywhere regardless of whether your probation is 3 months or a year. But you know what, I hope you can make it far in life with that Negative-Nancy attitude
