No one is going to farm your promo for free. The high visibility CCAs 'they say' are SEA events, townhalls, pressos with client leadership. I did interest group but where else are we going to squeeze time when project work ends on average 9pm+ each day.

Accenture is failing clearly one big example is the TAP. And ridiculously enough Mark Tham got promoted in a year that’s bad, when others didn’t get promoted, same for Deepak last year, and now this round Claren. All only care about their own career and promotion and using the ants in TAP to drive it for them to get their promotions lmao.
