Agree so those that didn’t get promoted at 1 year or 1 year 5 months mark basically those that missed December last year aren’t ready. Period. So don’t be so happy you got promoted this June taking close to 2 years LMAO

Facts is no project in Accenture got money lmao cos the company also not selling well. It’s just which is worst and worse lol. Those with money are not really with money but just a little more money

This cycle really messed up. I see in the same project 2-3 SA who have been slogging it out for close to 3 years already who were passed over as the Project MD have no visibility on what they are doing and the leads not doing anything. Even when they are the core team members who support the the entire build of the project. At the same time I see a SA who only been a SA in the TAP program for 1.5 years getting pushed really hard by the Project MD for this cycle. All he does is claim credit for what the other SA and A have done as his own. Most of the time when he talk to the other SA, A and interns the things that comes out are very questionable and should be raised to HR. But as he have the MD backing, no one dares to even raise this issue. Really need a anonymous venue where we can report this kind of behaviour for them to investigate the MD and SA in question.

The whole system is f***. People who feel unjust please voice out tmr. People who don't feel unjust....well congrats on your fast track promotion I guess?
