1. The reason why they hire so many tappers every year is because there’s many who quit to better places out there
2. Sorry honestly no good news
3. Don’t be fooled by the unlimited leaves “benefit”. It’s at the discretion of your manager and project. You won’t even be able to take if your team is small, or too much workload. They term it unlimited, but once you hit 20/25 days of leave you get flagged out by HR and your leads be informed.

Heard there’s more and more people leaving acn. Just look at the pod leads who are supposed to “guide, teach, protect, etc etc” all those under his/her pod but they literally just hold this title without doing anything for it’s ppl. Tap claims to have rotation or guidance or even face track career advancement, none of these have been realised. This whole program is a failure itself yet no one owns up to this, and still markets the whole 1+2 program LOL.

This is really ridiculous. Worked on bug fixes through cny eve at client office and bosses have to cheek to go home lou hei. Best place ever

Exactly same as mine, unrealistic asks where deadline shifted 1 month before and end up working the team to ****. It’s also damn common here for the seniors to throw the juniors under the bus. Fking experienced this recently and feeling damn sian
